RATES

All campground sites and rentals are based on 2 adults and their 3 children living at home, under the age of 18.  Additional adults and children will require visitor fees.

State and County Taxes apply to Cabins and RV Rentals.

Rates, amenities and number of people per rental or site is Subject to Change Without Notice.

Additional day/overnight fees apply to additional adults and children at any site or rental.

All RV Sites and Rentals are minimum 2-night stay.  Check in begins at 3pm. Check out 11am for all rentals and noon for RV sites.

Memorial Day holiday, Labor Day holiday, July 4th and Columbus Day Holiday rates include the three night minimum charge regardless of length of stay.  No exceptions.  

All bookings, site or rental, require payment in full at time of booking and are non-transferable.  The person renting the site must check in to the site.

All Holiday bookings require payment in full at time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  The person renting the site must check in to the site.

No Discounts are given between June and August, or on Holiday weekends.

No tents permitted on sites 500-515, site 4 or 5.

If you are camping with friends or family and want to ensure the site you booked is yours, be sure to use the SITE LOCK option to lock your site while making your reservation. This will ensure your site does not change.  If you do not choose the SITE LOCK option, Triple R reserves the right to move you.  

Please note:  Between opening day and May 1st (ish) and October 1st (ish) - closing day, there may be no water at your site due to freezing temperatures.  The water will be on in the lower bath house.  

Campground Sites and rental units are non transferable. A change fee of up to $50 may apply.  

Check in time is 3pm, check out for rental units is 11am and noon for RV and tenet sites.

Curb Season - Opening day to Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend, And from Labor Day Monday to closing of the park.

Peak Season - Memorial day weekend to Labor Day. 

On any given week day, we will be mowing, weed waking, cutting down trees or other campground maintenance.  Please ensure you are aware of this if you are booking during a weekday as this is the only time we have to do maintenance to the campground as we are sold out every weekend. 

RV Sites

(Marked Yellow with WIFI or Blue without WIFI - WIFI is a best effort, not a guarantee)

Site is a gravel parking pad and driveway with grass lawn area, picnic table and fire pit.  Site is full hookup

• * Curb Season Rate starts at $48 per night.

• * Peak Season Rate starts at $77 per night.

• * Holiday Rate starts at $95 per night.

Basic sites offer 20/30 at pedestal.  Basic sites do NOT offer 50 amp.

Standard sites offer 20/30/50 amp.

Site Includes:

• Max occupancy 8 people.
• Only one vehicle permitted on the site. Additional parking available in overflow parking across the street.

Deluxe RV Sites

Concrete Parking Pad, Concrete patio, picnic table and fire pit.  Site is full hookup.  Sites 500-505 are above the pond, 506-515 continue down Pond Lane.  Site 1 is located at the entrance. All sites in the 500's have a gorgeous view.

Tent Sites

(NO WIFI)

Tent sites are water and electric and are located in the woods.

Golf Cart Rental

• Rate is $75 per day. (plus tax)  Rental begins at 3pm and ends at Noon.

Additional Information

• All drivers must have a valid Drivers License and be at least 21 years of age to drive our rentals. 
• Two-night minimum on weekends unless available. Three or four night minimum on holiday weekends.
• You can now reserve a golf cart with your site!  Be sure to ask when making a reservation.
• Credit card and driver’s license, for all driver's, are required at time of rental.

Customer Owned Golf Cart

• Rate is $15 per day.

Additional Information

• Your cart must be electric. Gas golf carts will be impounded immediately.
• All drivers must have a valid Drivers License and be at least 21 years of age to drive on Triple R property. 
• Rental runs with your reservation.
• Proof of insurance must be provided to the office prior to arrival.
• Golf carts must be plugged into your camper, not into the park pedestal.

No ATV's, gas golf carts, Side by Sides or GEM Cars allowed. If its not an electric golf cart, don't bring it.

Daily Visitor Fees till 10 PM per day

All visitors visiting a camper are required to sign in at the office and pay visitor fees.

Curb Season Visitor Fee - $5 per person -Expires at 10 PM

June Visitor Fee - $10 per person - Expires at 10 PM

July thru August and All Holiday's -  Visitor fees - $20 - Expires at 10pm

Day visitor passes will not be issued after 8 PM.

Overnight Visitor Fees.

All visitors visiting a camper are required to sign in at the office and pay visitor fees.

Curb Season Visitor Fee - $15 per person - Expires at noon.

June Visitor Fee - $15 per person - Expires at noon.

July thru August and all Holiday's - Visitor Fee - $35- Expires at noon the next day.

Any visitor entering the park after 8 PM will be charged an overnight fee.

RV Storage Lot

(October - April) WINTER Rate: $250.00

(April - October) SUMMER Rate: $200.00 

RV Storage to Camp Site

If you are a Triple R storage lot customer, we will put your camper on your reserved site for your weekend of camping.

• $60 plus tax per reservation.

Service Includes:

• Your jacks, water, electric, sewer, and cable TV will be hooked up. Does not include awning or slide setup.
• RV will be level upon arrival and put back in storage after checkout.

Additional Information:

• Must have key to perform the service. Customer to provide the cable, sewer hose, potable water hose, wheel chocks, and have working electric cord and working jack.
• If the customer does not supply something, there is no refund or pro-rating for lack of service.
• We MUST have ten days advance notice.
