CANCELLATIONS

RV or Tent sites less $20.00, no refunds within 14 days.

Cabin and RV rental less $30.00, no refunds within 28 days.

Holiday reservations are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.

Booking Fees and CC convenience fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Resort Fees are non-refundable.

Sites are non-transferrable.

Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposit. At that time, the site reverts back to Triple R to rent again.

Cabanas are non-refundable due to weather.

WEATHER POLICY

No refunds or credits for early departure or inclement weather.

VISITOR POLICY

We are gated for your security.

Do not bring people into the park or let them through the gate unless they are signed in and have paid the visitor fee.

Visitors must have a pass and pay a fee.

We are not open to the general public to visit. You must be visiting someone that is currently on site camping.

If visitors set up a tent, they must pay a camping fee.

PET POLICY

Dogs are every campgrounds number one complaint.

Dogs must be leashed, PERIOD! Invisible fences are not suffice. They are not permitted at Triple R.

Barking dogs are NOT welcome. Barking dogs must be silenced immediately.

Dogs must be friendly.

Dogs must be walked by an adult. (Imagine your child in between two fighting dogs).

Dogs must not be left here without you.

Doggy clean up stations are throughout the park, CLEAN up after your dog.

Sites that have dog poop left on them may not be allowed back to the campground.

Covering the poop with driveway stone or grass is NOT considered cleaning up.

No more than 3 dogs per site.

Animals are not allowed in or on the pool pool patio, spa patio, or in the splash ground area.

Animals are not allowed in any Deluxe Cabin Rental. New in 2023, dogs ARE allowed in Rustic cabins.

Emotional support animals are not service animals and are not protected under Federal or State law like a true Service Animal.

MARIJUANA POLICY

Though there is confusion about the legalities of this, were not confused. As of today, 7-17-22, according to the NYS Cannabis website, it is illegal at private businesses. Which is what all privately owned campgrounds are. In recent days, Governor Hochul signed legislation ensuring it will remain illegal at State parks. So you can see where the general consensus is. Its not "family friendly".

It is NOT permitted to be on the property at Triple R. Don't bring it as it will shorten your stay abruptly.

JACUZZIES, SPA'S, HOT TUBS, KIDDIE POOLS

These are not permitted at Triple R. Please do not bring them. They are not included in your stay. Call us, we will tell you why. Its not what you think.

POOL – SPA POOL – SPRAY PAD POLICY

Triple R is mandated by NYS and the Cattaraugus County Health Department to provide a copy of the following Pool Rules to all customers. Any violation of these rules by Triple R Customers will result in the Pool, Spa Pool and or Spray Pad being closed by the Cattaraugus County Health Department.

We are required to notify you of these rules, to ensure that water rescue equipment is at the Pool and Spa Pool and Spray Pad, and that the swimming area is maintained in a sanitary manner. If you notice any problem with the water quality or absence of water rescue equipment, please notify us at once.

When you sign and initial the site license or sign the liability waiver, you agree to obey the following:

I have reviewed and read the swimming pool policies mandated by NYS and the Cattaraugus County Health Department. The swimming pool policies are as follows, but NOT LIMITED TO:

THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk
NEVER SWIM ALONE. A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult remaining on the pool deck.
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the swimming facility by a parent or guardian, (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior)
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY 911 IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR. A free telephone is provided at this facility. EMERGENCY PHONE WITH INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE ON THE OUTSIDE WALL NEAR THE BATHROOMS, UNDER THE RED ARROW.
Only use the swimming facility during posted hours of operation
No Diving into the swimming pool, No jumping into the swimming pool.
Do not drink alcohol and swim.

NEW YORK STATE MANDATED SIGNS

In addition, shown below are the rules you will see on the signs at Triple R. The wording of these signs is mandated by New York State. Failure to follow the directions of these signs could result in a loss of privileges and or closure of the aquatic facilities by the State. It is important to note that the Pool SPA and Spray Pad rules are IN ADDITION to the Pool rules.

NEW YORK STATE POOL RULES

TWO OR MORE ADULTS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, MUST BE PRESENT AT THE POOL WHEN THE BATHING FACILITY IS IN USE, WITH AT LEAST ONE ADULT ON THE POOL DECK
CHILDREN LESS THAN 16 YEARS OF AGE MUST AT ALL TIMES BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR WHILE AT THE BATHING FACILITY
SHALLOW WATER - NO DIVING

NEW YORK STATE SPA POOL RULES

CAUTION
ELDERLY PERSONS, AND THOSE SUFFERING FROM HEART DISEASE, DIABETES, HIGH OR LOW BLOOD PRESSURE, SHOULD BE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SPA POOL.

UNSUPERVISED USE BY CHILDREN IS PROHIBITED.
DO NOT USE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, ANTICOAGULANTS, ANTIHISTAMINES, VASOCONSTRICTORS, VASODILATORS, STIMULANTS, HYPNOTICS, NARCOTICS OR TRANQUILIZERS.
DO NOT USE ALONE.
OBSERVE A REASONABLE TIME LIMIT. (i.e. 15 MINUTES), THEN SHOWER, COOL DOWN AND IF YOU WISH, RETURN FOR ANOTHER BRIEF STAY. LONG EXPOSURE MAY RESULT IN NAUSEA, DIZZINESS OR FAINTING.
HELP CAN BE OBTAINED BY USING THE EMERGENCY TELEPHONE WITH INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE ON THE OUTSIDE WALL NEAR THE BATHROOMS, UNDER THE RED ARROW.

NEW YORK STATE SPRAY PAD RULES

THE SPRAY PAD IS OPEN FROM (Check with office) DAILY; AND
THAT SPRAY PAD USE IS PROHIBITED AT ANY OTHER TIME.
INDIVIDUALS WITH DIARRHEA SHALL NOT USE THE SPRAY PAD.
SPRAY FEATURES USE RECIRCULATED WATER. DO NOT DRINK.
CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT TOILET TRAINED MUST WEAR A SWIM DIAPER COVERED BY RUBBER PANTS.
NO ANIMALS ON OR NEAR THE SPRAY PAD.
POLLUTION OF THE SPRAY PAD AREA IS PROHIBITED.
URINATING, DISCHARGE OF FECAL MATTER, EXPECTORATING OR BLOWING THE NOSE IN ANY SPRAY PAD IS PROHIBITED.

WIFI POLICY

No refunds or credits for WIFI connectivity problems.

WIFI is best effort, not guaranteed, and many factors cause WIFI connectivity issues. Many of these factors are acts of God, such as weather, and not Triple R.

We recommend looking at the map to ensure you are even booking a site our WIFI will reach. If you need WIFI, book any sight marked yellow or green.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Triple R reserves the right to post any images taken on the premise at any time to our social media page, website, brochures, or any kind of advertisement.

GOLF CART POLICIES

When bringing your own Golf Cart to Triple R:

Golf cart drivers MUST be 21 and have a valid drivers license.
ONLY ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS PERMITTED.
- If you show up with a gas golf cart you will have two options, leave immediately without refund, or the park owner confiscate the vehicle until the end of your stay.
- This rule will not be broken even for one little weekend.
- GEM Cars are NOT golf carts. They are EV's.
Golf Carts must have LIABILITY Insurance to be driven on Triple R property.
- A copy must be supplied to the Triple R upon entrance.
Fee per night to bring your own golf cart.
No cruising around the park after quiet hours.
All golf carts must have headlights to be driven after dark.
Golf Carts will STOP at all Stop signs.
Larger vehicles have the right a way.
Pedestrians take precedence over Golf Carts.
Golf Carts will follow the 5MPH speed limit in the park.
Golf Cart Seating capacity is to be strictly followed.
Use common sense. DO NOT DRIVE WITH A CHILD IN YOUR LAP.
- We understand it is fun to let the little kids sit on your lap and drive with you, but just think of what they would feel like if you crash and they absorb your weight into the steering wheel.

Renting a Triple R Golf Cart:

Golf cart drivers must be 21 and have a valid drivers license.
No cruising around the park after quiet hours.
All golf carts must have headlights to be driven after dark.
Larger vehicles have the right a way.
Golf Carts will STOP at all Stop signs. Pedestrians take precedence over Golf Cars.
Golf Carts will follow the 5MPH speed limit in the park.
Golf Cart Seating capacity is 5 passengers. Do not exceed 5 passengers.
Use common sense. DO NOT DRIVE WITH A CHILD IN YOUR LAP.
- We understand it is fun to let the little kids sit on your lap and drive with you, but just think of what they would feel like if you crash and they absorb your weight into the steering wheel.

Triple R Seasonal/Resident Camper Golf Cart:

ONLY ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS PERMITTED.
- Pleading ignorant to this rule will get your gas golf cart or ATV impounded for the weekend after one offence.
- This rule will not be broken even for one little weekend.
Golf Carts must have LIABILITY Insurance to be driven on Triple R property.
- A copy must be supplied to the Triple R upon entrance.
No cruising around the park after quiet hours.
Larger vehicles have the right a way.
All golf carts must have headlights to be driven after dark.
Golf Carts will STOP at all Stop signs.
Pedestrians take precedence over Golf Carts.
Golf Carts will follow the 5MPH speed limit in the park.
Golf Cart Seating capacity is to be strictly followed.

Golf Carts MUST have your site number on it on both sides next to the front wheels. (Seasonal).

FIREWOOD POLICY

Firewood is available for purchase at the camp store.

New York State has rules against transporting firewood.

DISCOUNTS

DISCOUNTS ON HOLIDAYS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Seasonal and Long term seasonal sites are excluded from discount rates.

Only one discount can be used for each site and only on First Responder weekend.

RATE POLICIES

Rates are subject to change.

All prices are based on a family of 5.

2 adults and their 3 children, 17 & under, per camp site.

Persons 18 and older are considered adults.

Separate charges apply for extra tents on any one site.

Separate charges apply for extra people in your group that are not covered in the family of 5. (See visitor fees)

Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific sites, however if you book online we will NOT relocate your site if you pay the lock fee.

PAYMENTS

All Reservations are pay in full.

Seasonal and Resident Deposits are NOT refundable.

Seasonal and Resident balance due is due on or before April 1.

Credit card payments will be processed/charged immediately at the time of booking. (MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted)

Any reservation made without a payment, will be cancelled after 48 hours without notification to the customer.

Reservation confirmations are emailed after payment.

CABIN AND RV RENTAL POLICIES

Bring your own linens and kitchen supplies. (All cupboards and drawers are empty)

RV and Cabin Rentals are paid in full at time of booking.

Pets are only allowed in pet friendly CABINs. This includes 625, 626 and 15. Pets are not allowed in any other rentals.

If pets are found inside the RV or Cabin, customers will pay for any and all cleaning, repairs, and forced to leave immediately without refund.

NO SMOKING inside the rental RV or CABIN. This includes the doorway into the unit.

There is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM for all rentals, and a THREE NIGHT MINIMUM on all holidays for RVs and CABINS.

You must be 21 years of age or older to rent, a minimum of one person 21 years old older required for stay.

A CC will be kept on file for all cabin rentals. Charges can be incurred after inspection for cleanliness, damage, or evidence of pets or smoking in the cabins or cottage.

All camp site reservation policies apply to RV and CABIN rentals.

Check in time is 3:00 pm; Check out time is 11:00 am for all rentals

All policies are subject to change at any time.

SERVICE DOG POLICIES

Triple R complies with all ADA laws with regards to legitimate Service dogs.

We do not permit emotional support animals of any kind in our rentals as they are not legally protected in NY or Federally.

DRUG POLICIES

The owners of Triple R have tailored their park to families. Drugs and kids don't go together. Therefore Marijuana, heroin, or ANY kind of drug is not permitted on the property, period. Triple R has a zero tolerance for drugs on its private property.

BICYCLES

Everyone 16 and under ARE required to wear a helmet.
