Deluxe RV Sites

• Site 1 - located at the lower level across from the office
• 500-505 are located up over the pond. 
• Sites 506-515 are just past the pond, but all give you a spectacular view. 
• 50A Included
• Sewer (Some have dual sewer)
• No extra tents permitted on 500-515.
• Pet friendly
• Max occupancy 8 people. Base rate does NOT cover the max occupancy.
• All sites are based on a family of 5 - 2 adults and their 3 children 17 and under. Additional adults and or children will require visitor fees.
• Check in time begins at 3PM, check out time 12 noon.  
• Cancellation fee for the Deluxe sites:  less $20.00, no refunds within 14 days.

RV Sites

• Mixture of Pull Thru, or Back In
  • Basic Back-In and Basic Pull Thru have 20/30 amp available.  They do not have 50 amp.
  • Standard Back-In or Standard Pull Thru have 20/30/50 amp available.  
• Sites have a mixture of sun or shade
• Grass site with gravel drive/pad
• Sewer
• WIFI - Best effort
• Water
• Pet friendly

• All sites and rentals are based on a family of 5 - 2 adults and their 3 children 17 and under. Additional adults and or children will require visitor fees.

Deluxe Cabins

The below applies to ALL Deluxe Cabins

• Max occupancy 6. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Base rate does not cover max occupancy.
• All sites and rentals are based on a family of 5 - 2 adults and their 3 children 17 and under. Additional adults and or children will require visitor fees.
• Futon (fold out bed) (no linens) - Love seat size
• Heat and A/C
• Full Kitchen facilities - we supply a limited amount of pots/pans/utensils/dinnerware
• Huge Deck
• All Weather Awning on site 4, 5, 523 and 622
• Food pantry (empty)
• Coffee maker and Hair dryer are provided
• Master bedroom with queen size mattress (no linens)

• Full bathroom (no towels or toiletries)
• WIFI - Best effort
• Fire Pit & Picnic table
• Gas grill
• No pets allowed
• Cabin can have a loft or bunk beds (no linens)
• Check in time begins at 3PM, check out 11AM.

No Smoking. 2 Night Minimum. No pets or animals permitted in this unit or on the deck. If pets are on the deck or in the unit, you will be asked to leave and a MINIMUM $250 pet cleaning fee applies.  A credit card will be retained and charged for any damage or disarray done to the rental unit.  Fees apply for additional guests beyond family of 5. (See rates and policies).  No tents allowed.  Must be 21 years old to rent.

Cancellations fee for the Deluxe Cabin rental:  less $30.00, no refunds within 28 days.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE DELUXE CABINS OR ON THEIR DECK/PORCHES

Deluxe Cabin Site 5

• Cabin is wheel chair accessible. Though not completely ADA.
• Cabin has hand rails, wheel chair accessible kitchen appliances and bathroom.
• Has a loft upstirs for the kids.
• Parking for one vehicle at the site. Additional parking available across the street.
• No extra tents permitted
• No Pets

Deluxe Cabin Site 4, 523 and 622

• Has one set of bunk beds for the kids.
• No extra tents permitted.
• No Pets.
• Parking for one vehicle at the site. Additional parking available across the street.

The Cottage

• Max occupancy 6. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Base rate does not cover max occupancy.
• All sites and rentals are based on a family of 5 - 2 adults and their 3 children 17 and under. Additional adults and or children will require visitor fees.
• 2 fold out couches (no linens)
• Heat
• A/C
• Full Kitchen facilities - limited pots/pans/utensils/dinnerware
• Huge Deck with an All Weather Awning 

• Food Pantry (empty)
• Coffee maker - Keurig
• Master bedroom with queen size mattress (no linens)
• Full bathroom (no towels or toiletries)
• WIFI - Best Effort
• Fire Pit & Picnic table

• Pets are permitted.
• Cottage has 2 lofts with queen size beds. (no linens)

NOW PET FRIENDLY!            **NO BATHROOM OR KITCHEN**

Rustic Cabins site 625 and 626

No Smoking. 2 Night Minimum. Pets friendly. A copy of your credit card will be kept on file and charged if any damage or disarray is done to rental unit. Fees apply for additional guests beyond family of 5. (See rates and policies). Must be 21 years old to rent. Pet cleaning fees will be assessed if the cabin is left in disarray or damaged.  

Cancellation fee for the Cottage rental:  less $30.00, no refunds within 28 days.

Tent Sites

• Water and Electric 
• Wooded sites 700, 702 & 703. 
• Deluxe Pool Side tent sites - Site 31-33 is closer to the pool and on an open sunny site.
