Please read each line and check the box. Be sure all campers in your party follow the below rules if they are listed as a driver of your customer owned Golf Cart.

Only fill this form out if you have already added the rental to your reservation and paid for it.

YOU are responsible for all damages to the golf cart and or charger. Please check cart for damage prior to taking possession. *

Golf Carts must stay within the confines of Triple R Camping Resort. Golf Carts are not permitted on any trails or wooded areas. There is a $50 fee for removing golf carts that are stuck or immobilized. *

Large vehicles have “right of way”, golf carts must yield to larger vehicles. *

Do not leave your ignition key unattended for children to find. There is a $15.00 fee for all keys not returned or lost.

Passengers must stay seated. Children may not assist in driving the golf cart at any time. (They can NOT sit on drivers lap). *

No more the five (5) occupants will ride on the vehicle(s) at any time. No standing. *

Consumption of alcohol products is not permitted while the golf cart is in operation. *

Operate Golf Cart in a safe and responsible manner at all time. Please stay off grass areas. Speed limit is 5 MPH. *

Golf Carts are fully charged and checked regularly for proper operation. Charger comes on and turns off automatically. Position charger in a dry location. Do Not allow charger to get wet. *

Golf carts should be charged overnight. There will be no refunds for golf carts that lose charge during the rental period. *

Golf Carts are not permitted to cruise park during quiet hours (10 p.m. – 8 a.m.) *

Golf Carts must be returned to the back parking lot and the key turned into the front desk. Return time is Noon on check out day for RV/tent sites and 11am for cabin sites. *

Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. A copy will be made and retained during the rental period. *

Golf Cart Privileges may be revoked without refund from those who are not abiding by the above rules. All Drivers must follow the Golf Cart Safety Precautions. *
