The minimum age to rent a Cabin is 21. *

There is no refund for early departures. *

There is no refund if you are asked to leave because you are in violation of Triple R Rules and Policies. *

Leaving the rental unit in a complete state of disarray will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $50. Staff clean the units after every rental, but all garbage, food, etc. should be removed prior to your departure. *

Smoking/Vaping is PROHIBITED in the rental units and is prohibited on the patio. A minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged for cleaning/deodorizing. *

Pets are PROHIBITED in the rental units and are prohibited on the patio. A minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged for cleaning/deodorizing. *

A copy of your credit card will be held for your security deposit and charged if any of the above are broken. *

The credit card will also be charged for any damages made to the rental unit that are not considered normal wear on the unit. If, upon check-in, damages to the unit are noted by the renter, they shall immediately bring them to the attention of staff. *
