SEASONAL MAINTENANCE
The Assistant Grounds keeper is responsible for keeping the park looking and operating like a 5 star resort. This position requires an attitude of ownership and pride. Everywhere our customers look, reflects upon the grounds keeper.
Other duties may include:
Read Pool Chemistry every two hours if needed
Do a head count of all patrons on the pool patio every two hours if needed
Assisting in repairing water leaks in underground lines when necessary.
Assisting in any way needed.
Filling propane tanks and delivery of them on site.
Assist in many mundane tasks like filling propane tanks, setting up fried dough station, getting food from freezes for the concession trailer.
Assisting with the watering of the flowers in the park, some mulch work as well.
This position runs April 15 to October 15. (May fluctuate due to weather).
This individual must be able to follow instructions and must be meticulous and show pride in his/her work. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. HOUSE KEEPING
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION .
The cleaning would be equivalent to that of a high-end hotel. This position that will require mopping, cleaning windows, cleaning toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls, urinals, showers, wiping down counters, vacuuming, dusting etc. This position is Monday - Thursday am and pm and Friday am. This position runs April 15 to October 15. (May fluctuate due to weather).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES .
Cleaning all Bathrooms in all bath houses, Rental cabins, rental RV’s and satellite toilets.
Keeping all bathrooms and rentals stocked with toilet paper and paper towels.
Keeping the office, rec hall, and dance hall clean as well. Cleaning the floors, windows, and keeping the laundry room tidy. Keep the concrete walkways around the barn clean and swept. Taking out garbage out of all bathrooms, pool patios, playgrounds, rec hall, dance hall, and satellite bathrooms.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES .
There may be unforeseen things cleaning related you might get asked to handle at any time you are here.
Keeping the glass entrance doors to the rec hall, laundry room, and store front clean.
QUALIFICATIONS .
Education: High School Diploma or currently attending High School
Experience: Helpful, but not required
KEY COMPENTENCIES .
Follow Directions, safety with chemicals (MSD sheets)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMETS .
Must be able to lift 35lbs
Must be able to climb stairs
OTHER .
Applicant must know that holidays are mandatory.
Weekday, Monday – Friday am. 8am-9am or later and back 6pm-7pm or later. Hours will increase as our customer base increases.
Slide/Pool Attendant

Our pools are a BIG draw and there are many people there at any given time.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Pool attendants will be responsible for hanging around our pools to ensure all patrons are following the pool and spa rules that are posted. Making sure kids are not jumping into shallow ends of the pool or spa, acting unsafe in the pool, the spa, the Spray Pad or on the patio. Position is Memorial Day to Labor Day. This position is primarily weekends.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all patrons on the pool patios are following all posted Pool, Spa and Spray Pad Rules and are having fun.
- Read Pool Chemistry every two hours and log it in the logbook. We will show you how to do it.
- Do a head count of all patrons on the pool patio every two hours and log it in the logbook.
- In the event of a hazard, instructing people on the patio to evacuate.
- Follow the pool safety plan that will be taught to you.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeping an eye on the jump pad at specified times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School Diploma or currently attending High School
- Experience: Life guard or CPR trained is a helpful, but not required
Other: You do not have to be a lifeguard for this position. You do not have to have a CPR card for this position, but you would be required to take the class when we offer it for free.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMETS .
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb stairs
OTHER .
Applicant must know that weekends and holidays are mandatory. Typical hours are 20 hours per weekend and -30 hours on holiday weekends.
This is a position you can have your phone with you, but only for emergencies. The attention must be paid to the customers, not a phone or a book. Your eyes always have to be on the patios.
